Before the starting up of the installations:
Collaboration in the preparation of the project.
Assessment on technologies and materials.
Assessment on the viability of the future maintenance.
Collaboration in the editing of the specifications and ranges of maintenance.
Reports previous to the arrival of the installations. |

During the functioning of the installations:
Regulations on Maintenance: Obligatory inspections that have to be done in accordance with the present legislation applicable to each kind of installation.
Preventive Maintenance: Periodical operations which goal is to minimize the number of failures replacing some elements before they reach their useful life and may affect the performance and the energetic efficiency of the installation.
Conductive Maintenance: Starting up, wiring and stop of the installations.
Predictive Maintenance: Detection of possible abnormalities before they manifest.
Corrective Maintenance: Repair of failures.
Carrying out of adaptation works, repairs and/or improvements.
Urgent Service of Maintenance (USM): permanent 24 hours attention service every day of the year.
To accompany the technician of the official entities in charge of doing the compulsory periodic inspections.
Preparation of diagnosis on the state of the installations.
Conduction of energetic auditing.
